[Impact]

AMD has asked us to cherry-pick the following upstream commit:

bf5641eccf71 ("x86/CPU/AMD: Add models 0x60-0x6f to the Zen5 range")

[Fix]

Clean cherry-pick to the noble tree.

[Test plan]

Build and boot tested.

[Where problems could occur]

The regression risk for this is very low, since it's just adding support for new
Zen5 models (that receive the X86_FEATURE_ZEN5 CPU feature).
