If we can get a series that doesn't depend on them (or the RiscV guys to agree with the changes) with the review comments addressed I think I'm ready to pull at least 1-15 into my tree for the next pull request. I want to spend a little more time looking over the plugin API itself and experiment with some alternatives. But I don't think that need hold up getting the gdbfeature stuff squared away now.

I think we have sorted out major design questions but two patches in "[PATCH v5 0/6] gdbstub and TCG plugin improvements" still have no Reviewed-by or Acked-by.
