Accesses to henvcfg, henvcfgh and senvcfg are allowed
only if corresponding bit in mstateen0/hstateen0 is
enabled. Otherwise an illegal instruction trap is
generated.

I think here should be " & (1UL << bit) " . The same for following 
similar cases.
