Currently UCLIBC_SYSCALL_ALIGN_64BIT is not explicitly handled. Fix that and make sure the special handling is done for powerpc/xtensa which use UCLIBC_SYSCALL_ALIGN_64BIT but don't use hole punched syscall handler in kernel.
