Delete lpfc_nvmet_prep_abort_wqe() as the wqe can be filled out using the generic lpfc_sli_prep_abort_xri routine(). Add the wqec option to lpfc_sli_prep_abort_xri() for lpfc_nvmet_prep_abort_wqe().
