When both CONFIG_USB_GADGET & CONFIG_USB_ETHER are defined the makefile links objects twice. This patch uses a Makefile specific idiom of 'if defined(CONFIG_USB_GADGET) || defined(CONFIG_USB_ETHER)' to handle the case.
