Therefore, let's migrate to TPL like most RK3399-boards already did a few releases ago. This also fixes numerous issues around fallback booting (U-Boot proper corrupted on the storage medium from where TPL/SPL was loaded) and default order of boot targets. It also forces the environment storage medium to be the same as the one from which U-Boot proper was loaded, for a more consistent user experience. The environment can also be stored on SPI flash now. Finally some cleanup and the migration of the flashing instructions to u-boot-rockchip.bin and u-boot-rockchip-spi.bin. A small patch for Lion RK3368 also, for migrating the flashing instructions to u-boot-rockchip.bin.
