One noticeable thing is that the patch doesn't enforce the commit flag as it happens for the kernel datapath. This seems what you want considering the flows in the test. I have a question, though, did you happen to test for both datapaths what happens if a middlebox sends the icmp error from the reply direction instead without your patch? I assume things worked (without commit for both datapaths) in that case. Another thing that IMO could be nice to add is a test case for the same scenario, but in the reply direction. At least, both directions will be covered and verified.
