This testsuite, which contained kernel module, user space code and custom runner, was written for kernel 2.5. It did not use LTP API. Kernel modules didn't use current kernel UAPI and even don't even built due missing headers (<linux/genhd.h> was moved into <linux/blkdev.h> v5.18, <linux/blk.h> is not in kernel git history). It's probably not worth of fixing it or rewriting into kselftest/KUnit, thus removed.
