[v2,1/6] Rewrite mountns01 test using new LTP API

Removed libclone from Makefile and used LTP API to replace it.
mountns01 has been adapted to use the new LTP API.

Again there is no need to propagate results via exit value like this,
the tst_res() function will work in the child just fine.

And the same minor points apply to the rest of the test rewrites,
otherwise it looks good.
