Okay. Tests pass on hppa. The __thread_pointer function is essentially the same as the __get_cr27 function in sysdeps/hppa/nptl/tls.h. I guess __get_cr27 could be eliminated with some cast adjustments if sysdeps/hppa/nptl/tls.h included this header.
