No bug.

Optimizations are:
    1. Reduce code size (-56 bytes).
    2. Reduce rodata size (-448 bytes).
    3. Remove register save/restores and stack adjustment from the
       fast path.
    4. Slightly better instruction selection where possible.
    5. Remove redundant registers moves.

This results in roughly a 14% performance improvement.

Results from geomean of 40 benchtest runs:
       Function, New Time, Old Time, New / Old
_ZGVeN16v_tanhf,    0.658,    0.762,     0.864

All math and mathvec tests are passing.
