* sysdeps/mach/hurd/mremap.c: New file.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Makefile [misc] (sysdep_routines): Add mremap.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/Versions (libc.GLIBC_2.32): Add mremap.
* sysdeps/mach/hurd/i386/libc.abilist: Add mremap.
