[i386] : Introduce ix86_emit_binop

No functional change.

2011-10-05  Uros Bizjak  <ubizjak@gmail.com>

	* config/i386/i386.c (ix86_emit_binop): New static function.
	(ix86_split_lea_for_addr): Use ix86_emit_binop to emit add and shl
	instructions.
	(x86_output_mi_thunk): Use ix86_emit_binop to emit add instructions.

Bootstrapped and regression tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu {,-m32},
committed to mainline SVN.
