Hello!

Currently slim RTL dump prints STRICT_LOW_PART as:

   48 strict_low_part=flags:CCZ!=0

Attached patch fixes these dumps to print:

   48 strict_low_part(ax:QI)=flags:CCZ!=0

	* sched-vis.c (print_value): Handle STRICT_LOW_PART.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu by dumping a couple of long compiles.

OK for mainline?
