gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.target/aarch64/fp16/fp16.exp: New.
	* gcc.target/aarch64/fp16/f16_convs_1.c: New.
	* gcc.target/aarch64/fp16/f16_convs_2.c: New.
