[rs6000,testsuite] Fix failures for implicit function declaration

The following patch fixes "excess errors" failures for implicit function 
declarations (memcmp/random) for the direct-move-*/pack01 tests. Tested 
on powerpc64le-unknown-linux-gnu.

Committed as obvious.
