[AArch64,Committed] Fix sfp-machine.h _FP_I_TYPE definition.

The definition of _FP_I_TYPE in AArch64 libgcc sfp-machine.h is wrong, 
this patch ensures the definition matches that provided by glibc's 
AArch64 sfp-machine.h
