	* python/libstdcxx/v6/printers.py (Printer.__call__): If a value
	is a reference, fetch referenced value.
	(RxPrinter.invoke): Ditto.
	* testsuite/libstdc++-prettyprinters/cxx11.cc (main): Add -O0
	flag. Add referenced value tests.
