Code cleanup; semantics is unaffected.

gcc/ada/

	* exp_util.ads, exp_util.adb (Duplicate_Subexpr_No_Checks):
	Remove parameters, which are no longer used.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, committed on master.
