[v1] LoongArch: testsuite:Add loongarch to gcc.dg/vect/slp-26.c.

In the LoongArch architecture, GCC supports the vectorization function tested
by vect/slp-26.c, but there is no detection of loongarch in dg-finals.  Add
loongarch to the appropriate dg-finals.

gcc/testsuite/ChangeLog:

	* gcc.dg/vect/slp-26.c: Add loongarch.
