[CHKP,i386,PR,target/65167] Avoid motion of bounds args during scheduling

Hi,

This patch adds support for bounds registers into args recognition mechanism used by scheduler.  Bootstrapped and tested on x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu.  OK for trunk?
