v3: Renamed the optional power domain as cx

v2: Fixed up the labels of OPP nodes in patch 4
    Included the bindings update patch as part of this series,
    a resend of https://lore.kernel.org/patchwork/patch/1241077/

These patches add DVFS support for Venus

Patch 1 will need to be picked by Rob.
Patch 2 will need to be picked by Stan,
Patch 3 and 4 should land via the qcom tree.

Can we move those dev_pm_opp_xxx invocations into pm_ops->core_get where
the other pmdomains are? The pm_ops abstarction is created exactly for
such pm and clks manipulations.

this also belongs to pm_ops->core_put but it is missing in the .probe
error path.

+	if (core->pm_ops->core_put)

above addition should be separate patch I guess.
