As with Precise, these highbank configs gratuitously inflate the arch common configs. I expect Andy will soon be sending you some hate mail with the list of config options about which he has questions. Your test builds for this patch set were insufficient with regard to udeb generation. For a thorough build test you must run the _whole_ build, though you need not use the armhf chroot.
