BugLink: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/2049390 Set CONFIG_CONSOLE_LOGLEVEL_QUIET=3 by default when the kernel boots with the 'quiet' option. This can help to silent ACPI errors with a buggy firmware/BIOS, preventing false alarms / bug reports. NOTE: our testing won't be affected by this change, since we are not booting the kernel with 'quiet' in our testing systems.
