SBI HSM suspend was included in SBI v0.3. The current version of the SBI specification (v1.0-rc2) is already frozen as per the RVI guidelines. All the comments received during the public review period have been addressed as well.

This generally looks OK to me. I'm happy to take it via the RISC-V tree, but I usually like to have at least an Ack from the subsystem maintainer before doing so. I see some of the other patches got reviewed, not sure if you guys have issue with it or if it just slipped through the cracks. Atish has confirmed the spec is frozen <https://lore.kernel.org/lkml/CAOnJCUKmwk=VbwCtkjS_rxArMWhVExeRp4QkkjDUmcvJ69Bqqg@mail.gmail.com/>, not sure if that's what folks were waiting for.
