Also
 - adjust the U-Boot binary name after DM conversion.
 - add missing notes about flashing U-Boot and SPL

 It would have been nice to add this as a separate patch, before the bump.

 However, I guess it needs heavy modification in that case, so I applied to
master as-is after all, thanks.
