For whatever reason the existing combination of GPL+MIT was the preferred one, so the license inflation is already there and it might be best to keep to the same combination for the headers needed by those devicetree files? I don't know if China is somehow affected by the xmas season, but from what I see, right now you only included Elaine (zhangqing@rock-chips.com) but for example not the relevant list (linux-rockchip@lists.infradead.org). But we also have some other points to clarify in the other subthread started by Philippe, so it might be best to get the points he made sorted before as well.
