However I think the name can be misleading. The definition looks like it's checking for ARMv8-M Baseline but to me TARGET_ARM_V8M reads like it could be either Baseline or Mainline. Maybe TARGET_ARM_V8M_BASELINE would be more appropriate? Also, as I mentioned in the libgcc patch (1/6) it should be safe to remove the "!arm_arch_notm && !arm_arch_thumb2" check.
